Cookie:  Butterballs
Description:  Light, melt in your mouth cookie.

Ingredients:  1 cup butter (softened)
1/4 cup confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour (sifted)
3/4 cup walnuts (chopped small)
Directions:  Cream butter and sugar until well blended; until light. Then add vanilla and nuts, mix until blended. Next add flour into mixture and blend until mixed. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes before rolling into balls. I use small cookie scoop (#24). Place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees 18 minutes. Roll in confectioner sugar when cool. Place in container with wax paper between layers. These cookies freeze well. Enjoy!
